Amazic, the expert in technology and IT solutions, sought to increase the value proposition for their extensive community of IT professionals. The challenge was to establish a professional, technologically advanced, and deductive career platform . This platform needed to connect the community of IT experts and potential employers in a fast, relevant, and objective manner, thereby modernizing and automating the recruitment process.
Situation
Amazic had a vision for a state-of-the-art career environment but was looking for a partner for the technical realization and the implementation of advanced matching technology. The collaboration involved setting up the ‘Amazic Match’ platform as the technological backbone of Software Plaza. The project was a dynamic collaboration focusing on the platform’s front-end, the integration of functionalities like Find Jobs and a Q&A page, and the link with marketing tools (such as Hubspot) to serve the market in NL and the UK.
Our approach
Recrout delivered a white-label SaaS Applicant Matching Platform that functioned as the technical engine behind Software Plaza. Our approach focused on:
- Technological White-Label Solution: Providing a customizable platform that fully aligns with Amazic’s branding and user experience.
- Objective Matching: Implementing the Recrout algorithm to match candidates based on (integrated) assessments and profile characteristics, ensuring unbiased and objective selection.
- Operational Support: Providing lists of leads, supporting the setup of sales and marketing processes (for Ewa, Gizem, and Milo), and preparing briefing documents and demos, which was crucial for the successful launch and lead generation.
Result
Using Recrout’s technology, Amazic successfully launched the Software Plaza career platform, allowing them to serve their IT community in a unique and valuable way. The platform enables them to:
- Automate Recruitment: By offering intuitive Find Jobs and match functionality, the recruitment experience for both the IT professional and the employer has significantly improved.

Our ML based algorithm uses a combination of keywords, assessment data, experience, and other relevant factors to match candidates and applicants with your job profiles.
Can I match several jobs at the same time
Yes, Softmatch allows you to match as many job profiles as you like at the same time
Is there a fee to use your service?
Yes, just like when you go to the Supermarket there comes a point where you have to pass the checkout with all your nice goodies. But we can promise you that our pricing is very competitive 😉
Are you open for pilots for trial?
Yes, we can work together with you on a pilot base. The minimum commitment we ask regarding setting up a pilot with you is 3 months.
How reliable is your assessment?
Our assessments are highly reliable and validated. We collaborate with the international assessment developer Talogy, a global expert in assessments and talent analytics.
Is your tool suitable for international scaling?
Yes, our assessment supports 40 different languages, making it easy to match and deploy candidates and teams worldwide. By default, Softmatch is available in Dutch and English. If desired, we can also add additional languages to the platform.
Can I integrate Softmatch with my existing HR system?
Yes, Softmatch can be easily integrated with most HR and ATS systems, allowing automatic synchronization of candidate and job data.
How quickly can I expect results from a match?
Once candidates complete their assessment, Softmatch immediately generates an overview of the best matches. Typically, actionable results are available within a few minutes.
