Met bijna 50 leveranciers, 1-op-1 demo\u2019s, pitches, demo talks, tech safari\u2019s en een keynote van Ben van der Burg stond de dag volledig in het teken van innovatie binnen recruitment en HR-technologie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ook wij waren aanwezig met onze eigen Softmatch-stand, waar we de hele dag in gesprek gingen met recruiters, HR-professionals en organisaties die actief bezig zijn met slimmer, eerlijker en effectiever werven.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Goede gesprekken over de toekomst van recruitment<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Tijdens het evenement spraken we veel organisaties die tegen dezelfde uitdagingen aanlopen. Denk aan:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>subjectiviteit in selectieprocessen<\/li>\n<li>het vinden van schaars talent<\/li>\n<li>inconsistentie tussen hiring managers<\/li>\n<li>de vraag hoe je kandidaten eerlijker beoordeelt<\/li>\n<li>meer focus op skills en potentieel in plaats van alleen werkervaring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Wat opviel in vrijwel alle gesprekken: steeds meer organisaties willen af van puur CV-gedreven recruitment. Er is behoefte aan meer objectiviteit, betere onderbouwing van keuzes en meer grip op kwaliteit in het selectieproces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dat bevestigt opnieuw waarom competentiegericht werven en selecteren steeds belangrijker wordt.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Competentiegericht recruitment als antwoord op moderne hiring-uitdagingen<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Tijdens de Demo Day verzorgde Karim Akhlal, oprichter van Softmatch, een pitch over de verschuiving van traditioneel selecteren naar competentiegericht recruitment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Hierin stond centraal hoe organisaties:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>objectiever kunnen selecteren<\/li>\n<li>bias kunnen verminderen<\/li>\n<li>kandidaten beter kunnen vergelijken<\/li>\n<li>hiringbeslissingen beter kunnen onderbouwen<\/li>\n<li>meer kunnen kijken naar potentieel en competenties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ook werd besproken waarom CV\u2019s in de praktijk vaak beperkt voorspellend zijn voor succes in een functie. Werkervaring alleen zegt namelijk lang niet altijd iets over competenties, leervermogen of toekomstige prestaties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Steeds meer organisaties zoeken daarom naar manieren om recruitment slimmer, eerlijker en consistenter in te richten.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Technologie als ondersteuning van betere hiring<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Naast de vele demo\u2019s en sessies was vooral zichtbaar hoe snel recruitmenttechnologie zich ontwikkelt. AI, skill-based hiring en datagedreven selectie kwamen in veel gesprekken terug.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Tegelijkertijd werd ook duidelijk dat technologie alleen niet voldoende is. De grootste winst ontstaat wanneer technologie recruiters ondersteunt in betere gesprekken, objectievere beoordelingen en meer structuur binnen hiringprocessen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">De menselijke kant van recruitment blijft daarin essentieel.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Waardevolle ontmoetingen en mooie gesprekken<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We kijken terug op een inspirerende dag vol waardevolle ontmoetingen, nieuwe inzichten en sterke gesprekken over de toekomst van recruitment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Bedankt aan iedereen die onze stand bezocht, vragen stelde of ervaringen deelde.
