Karim Akhlal

Karim Akhlal is founder of Softmatch & Recrout, and a champion of competency-driven and objective selection. Karim started pioneering competency-driven matching technology in 2015. In 2024, Karim was included in the Inclusive30 in recognition of his impact on a fairer labor market.

“We need to move away from selection based on resumes, origin or network – and move toward a system where people are judged on who they really are: their talents, competencies and potential.

Instead of relying on gut feelings and subjective impressions, we must use technology and data to make objective, transparent choices. Not to replace people, but to put people at the center.

Yes, just like when you go to the Supermarket there comes a point where you have to pass the checkout with all your nice goodies. But we can promise you that our pricing is very competitive 😉 

Yes, we can work together with you on a pilot base. The minimum commitment we ask regarding setting up a pilot with you is 3 months.
